This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a deal on MADListings.com.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- location (only home town & country via google maps)
We refer to this information as “Seller’s Profile Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about “Seller’s Profile Information”.
When you are just subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your mail address only. You are able to unsubscribe anytime, by clicking the unsubscribe link in your received newsletter. Once you have been unsubscribed, your mal address is deleted from our servers permanently.
We don’t ask or collect any Order Information on MADlistings.com, because we are not a shop. We are a classified platform with the aim to connect sellers and buyers.

Google Maps
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We also use Google Maps (API) on our website, another service from Google LLC. Google Maps is a web service with interactive
maps, with which geographical information can be visualised.
Data about your usage of our website, especially your IP address, will be transferred to a Google Server in the USA and stored there as soon as you open a sub-page on which a Google Maps map is embedded. This is independent from whether you have a Google user account, are logged in to it or don’t have an account at all. If you are logged in to Google, your data might be directly linked to your existing account.
Data processing is based on our legitimate interest according to Art 6 Sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, more precisely our interest in analysing, optimising and economically operating our online services. Google is certified with the Privacy Shield framework and thus guarantees to comply with European data protection law. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you register through the Site, we will maintain your Profile Information until you delete your profile in the members dashboard.
